Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policy on cancellations, refunds, and service quality concerns.

At MindVOT, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for every client. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are considered.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Once a psychologist has begun fulfilling or preparing for the appointment, the cancellation request cannot be processed.

For rescheduling, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice as outlined in our Delivery of Service policy.

Delivered Services

MindVOT does not process cancellation or refund requests for services that have already been delivered to clients. Once a consultation session has taken place, it is considered fulfilled.

Service Quality Concerns

If the service you received differs significantly from what was described or advertised on our website, you must report this concern within the same day of receiving the service. Our support team will review your concern and make an appropriate determination on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Delivery

In cases where a technical issue (such as a connection failure or platform error) significantly impaired the delivery of your session, please contact our support team within the same day. We will verify the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To submit a cancellation or refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Your appointment date and time
  • The reason for your cancellation or refund request
