2. Virtual Consultation Format
All our consultations are conducted virtually through MindVOT's secure and confidential communication channels. Sessions are available in the following formats:

- Messaging
You may choose the format most comfortable for you at the time of booking.
3. Communication Technology

4. Professional Relationship

5. Scheduling Changes

All communications between clients and psychologists remain strictly confidential. Exceptions apply only in the following circumstances:
- When there is a credible threat of harm to yourself or others
- When disclosure is required by law

8. Service Limitations
Some conditions or situations may require specialist intervention or in-person care. In such cases, your psychologist will discuss appropriate referral options with you.
9. Emergency Situations
MindVOT's services are not suitable for crisis or emergency situations. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or requires urgent mental health support, please contact your local emergency services immediately.

All psychologists on the MindVOT platform are required to maintain full compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards throughout their engagement with clients.
