Anitha Kumari K is the Founder and Head Psychologist at MindVOT, bringing over two decades of clinical and community experience to her practice. She is deeply passionate about making mental health support accessible, compassionate, and free from stigma.
Throughout her career she has worked with individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges — from relationship conflict and trauma to addiction recovery and adolescent struggles. Her approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practice, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity to heal and grow.
Based in Kannur, Kerala, Anitha continues to see clients both in person and online through MindVOT, while also serving her community through outreach programmes, school and college mental health training, and her popular Malayalam podcast.
